To begin, upload a portrait or spritesheet.
Here you can edit the internal values of the shader. This is so you can upload a custom character image, then tweak the values to make it work with existing color codes.

Here you can start a character from scratch uploading your image and changing the Original Colors and Color Ranges. You can use the values from "colors.gml" on your workshop's character folder.

Without WebGL2 support, this page doesn't work! This is showing up because either WebGL2 is disabled on your browser, or your device is really really old.
You may be able to manually activate WebGL2 on your browser's settings.
Alternatively, you can use an older version of the Recolorer.
